Hootleash is in stealth and the founding team is still forming. We're not in a rush to publish a roster - we're in a rush to ship something that survives an EU AI Act audit.

Founding team
A small group of operators with backgrounds in model risk, market structure, regulated infrastructure, and applied AI. We've intentionally kept names private while we close out our seed round and finish recruiting.
Advisory council
Coming together: former regulators, distinguished engineers from regulated industries, and chief AI officers we've worked with before. We'll publish the council once it's complete.
Hiring
Hootleash is hiring across engineering, research, regulatory affairs, and customer success. We hire people who refuse to choose between speed and discipline.
