Pay by the risk tier you govern, not the seats you fill.

Hootleash will use a tiered risk subscription: low-risk automation (e.g. email routing) costs less, while high-risk automation (autonomous financial trading or physical infrastructure) commands a premium for its high-stakes boundary-setting and continuous auditing. Pricing for design partners is set on a case-by-case basis.

We'd take a single-digit percentage of the cost savings realised by removing humans from the loop - for example, reducing the manual reporting burden - paid only once those savings are independently attested.
